Confirm current pricing, features, terms, eligibility, regional availability, and security practices on the vendor’s official website before making a purchase or implementation decision. Any claim that a tool fits a particular workflow is a general editorial assessment, not a guarantee.
No guarantee or warranty
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free content, compatibility with your environment, specific results, or the performance of third-party products. Generated code and text can contain errors; review, test, secure, and validate outputs before relying on them.
Third-party products and links
We are not the seller, developer, payment processor, or support provider for third-party software. Your purchases and subscriptions are governed by the vendor’s agreement with you. Pricing disputes, cancellation, refunds, billing, account access, product defects, and vendor privacy requests must be handled with that vendor.
Outbound links are offered for convenience and verification. We do not control the availability, policies, security, or content of external services. Affiliate links, when used, may compensate Toolflint as explained in our disclosure.
Acceptable use
You may use the Site for lawful personal and internal business research. You may not attack, disrupt, overwhelm, scrape excessively, reverse engineer non-public systems, bypass access controls, introduce malware, misrepresent your association with Toolflint, or use the Site to violate another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
Original Toolflint text, page design, logo, and selection of material are protected to the extent applicable law provides. You may link to public articles and quote reasonable excerpts with clear attribution and a link. Republishing complete articles, systematic copying, or presenting our content as your own requires prior permission.
Feedback and corrections
If you submit a suggestion or correction through a future contact channel, you permit us to use it to improve the Site without payment. We will not knowingly publish private correspondence without consent. Do not submit confidential or infringing material.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Toolflint and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, lost data or profits, business interruption, or expenses arising from third-party products or reliance on this Site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted, including rights consumers may have in their jurisdiction.
Advertising and future paid features
Third-party advertisements may be displayed in the future. An advertisement is not an endorsement by Toolflint. Additional terms will be presented if paid memberships, direct transactions, or other services are introduced; no such features are available at launch.
Changes and severability
We may update these terms to reflect the Site’s operation. The effective date will change when material updates are made. If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective to the extent permitted by law. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
